She has the experience working with people just like you to help settle your mind and body & get your life back! She has worked with individuals and adults and is an Eclectic therapist and comes from a strength-based, solution orientated approach. She believes that every person has strengths yet to be discovered. She is trained as a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Eye Movement Integration Practitioner, Internal Family Systems Practitioner, Trained in Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Narcissistic Abuse Trauma Practitioner specializing in the recovery of all levels of trauma survivors. She has used these protocols lending to transformative work. She approaches therapy as a collaborative process, where client and therapist come together to find solutions. In addition to her clinical training, she uses her intuition to guide her in identifying which therapeutic approach might resonate best with each client based on their energy, emotions and experiences they bring to the sessions. This has only deepened her specialization in trauma and the co-morbid conditions that are present with the condition. She not only provides clients with transformative skills, treatments and insights but education that can break barriers that have blocked them from healing in the past which helps clients "Pivot" into their future.
Her clients quickly start from day one to get symptoms under control and every plan is individualized based on the severity of their condition and their treatment is paced at that level for success. She specializes specifically in PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety and depression. One area of specialty is her ability to assess a misdiagnosed client who has a dissociative disorder that can mimic other diagnoses.
Coming from her years of practice and experience and her own trauma recovery, Lynne has the deep understanding of how to lead and hold Pivot's to a standard so that every client can receive the same gift of healing that she received herself.
As a trauma therapist, Lynne can dive deep quickly where other therapists may not be able to. Being able to identify the clinical criteria that fits but understanding at a cellular level what is happening for her clients and being able to describe it accurately, so they know they are not alone. This allows Lynne to walk them through their experience to a place of peace, freedom, and into their new life.

In this book, her desire is to help other trauma survivors know that they can also move through their trauma and move to the place of peace, happiness and recovery with minimal symptoms. That they will realize when they are on the other side of their trauma, they will be able to see the level of strength they have in their spirit and how they got themselves through something that would break many people. The book is written as a tribute to my clients, my family and my clinical team.
