Joan earned her B.S. in Quantitative Business Analysis from Pennsylvania State University, where she was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma - the Business Honor Society. She has an M.B.A. in Finance from Drexel University. Joan spent over 15 years in the financial sector, where she was a programmer for a government contractor, an analyst for both an insurance company and insurance brokerage firm, and a Senior Banking Officer for a large financial institution. After her two sons were diagnosed as falling on the Autism Spectrum, she pivoted her attention to advocating for their best interests. The name of her company, Ben-Evan Solutions LLC, is in homage to her two sons. She applies the same determination and dedication to resolve her clients' billing issues that she applied for or her sons, ensuring that they did not become underachieving statistics of the public school system. Joan focuses on billing so that your therapist can focus on what they do best, which is providing you and other patients with excellent psychotherapy services.
