Lynne has been in the mental health field for almost 30 years and has helped many therapists take the step in creating their own practice. Through her mentorship, supervision, and expertise in unblocking the barriers that hold great leader back, she has had one successful business owner referred after the other. Each now living their dream and freedom that they have wanted.

There is so much that goes into creating your own business. The thought, the desire, the drive, the creativity and then the need to push through your own personal barriers to make everything run smoothly and execute each action step. This is the unique way that Lynne focuses on business coaching. Yes, we will get into the nuts and bolts of building your business, employees, policy manuals, contracts, marketing, payroll, hiring, etc. But first, you are the leader, and we need to make sure you are ready to be that leader to be able to continue your path of business growth and not get stuck when triggers come up, to make sure that you are moving along in business plan to get to your dream. As an example, Lynne uses specific modalities to build confidence, strength and resilience with every coaching client that comes into her coaching practice. Getting the foundation solid for each business owner is step one. Then the sky is the limit.

Business sense came very early with Lynne. She started her first business in her youth and by the time working age she was quickly promoted to create nationwide departments that supported 5 offices of the computer wholesale industry. After she completed her associate's degree, bachelor's degree, and Advanced Standing Master's Degree and being co-author in an international publication, she was a consultant for the federal government for 4 years prior to opening her first long standing business. She was a co-owner of a partnership that supported Unions Health and Wellness for a short time but needed more time to focus on primary business. One of the keystone abilities that helps lead Lynne in her business coaching, therapeutic work, and building of her own businesses is her intuition and then of course education. Intuition is something that everyone has and is an essential skill to be developed when you are in business for yourself because it will allow you to manifest, prosper and be successful in the way you have imagined yourself to be.

During her career, Lynne has helped develop a variety of small companies get started and grow into successful, profitable business's. In the companies Lynne has owned, she has taken the aspects of success and failure as the best teacher to create the best business consulting platform. Lynne has done the work so you don't have to, and you can gain this experience from her experience over the last 30 years. Her goal is to create strong, compassionate, leaders who lead with love that earns commitment, respect and long-term loyalty from their team. She specializes in working with entrepreneurs that have the desire to start their own private practice, that are ready to move from solo to group, or are growing and need consultation on transforming expansion in their group practice.
