Hi there! My name is Amanda and I'm grateful for your courage to take this step. I've spent over a decade helping adults, youth, and Veterans overcome many different challenges, including PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, process addictions and major life transitions. I also provide therapeutic support to those who want to grow their family through adoption. I use CBT, mindfulness, substance use recovery methods, strengths-based approach and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR). I am also trained in Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). EMDR has been scientifically proven as an effective form of treatment for PTSD, depression/anxiety and distressing events.
